   Not good so far. I have visited this garage, with appointment, to fix issues with my car. I have left my car with them for weeks, another occasion, days. Another occasion a few weeks more. & collected my car unfixed, but countless promises, part is ordered. Never heard anything back. My car is a Jaguar. Groves are supposed to be Jaguar specialists. Nothing fixed, nothing special. I have genuinely just been given the runaround for the last four months. Time to find a decent professional outfit

   Best service ever. More than just service. Stephen and team are friendly, professional and very helpful. Twice now that the team has helped out at very short notice: once to replace the 12 volt battery on my Jaguar I-Pace and then to adjust the main headlight beam to get it through MOT. I will be back.

   We arrived at Stephens garage with a Jaguar issue and Stephen jumped onto it immediately along with his friendly staff, no problem they facilitated us and we had to leave for an appointment and agreed to return later and when we did they dropped everything and looked after us very efficiently. They resolved our issue and did not want to charge us, which we thought was extremely kind of them . We give them 15/ 10 for their efficiently great service and would be more than happy to recommend them to any Jaguar owners!! r ( or other ) car owners .!! Thank you Stephen and your teM

   Nice setup got my XE serviced at a fraction of the price it would have cost had I gone to dealership. Brake pads will be needing replaced in approximately 6 months so I'll definitely be using Stephen again.
