Tried to register last year and was told not accepting new patients. Went in on Monday to try and register again as a crown had fallen out. Was given an appointment at short notice on following Wednesday for an initial check up. Was held up in traffic and was 10 mins late. Dentist refused to see me, refused to reschedule an appointment and I was told by reception to find another practice. Felt like was treated like a naughty child who had just ran over their dog or something. Good luck to anyone else wanting to take care of their teeth.

When I attended, the dentist I had was lovely and professional. However, trying to get an appointment at this place is horrendous. I told the reception team I need a filling fixed and the quickest appointment they could give me was 2 months away. I feel practice quite avoidant of appointments at this time. Have moved practice because of lack of available appointments.

Very poor customer service. I'm a registered patient and I called to make an appointment I've been told due to covid they aren't making appointments. Which is a bit silly considering were now almost 3 years into covid and people need to look after their teeth. Also surely this practice needs to do something to keep its doors open. Also there is currently no restrictions from the Scottish government restricting people from making dentist appointments as was proven less than 5 minutes later when I made an appointment with another practice just around the corner. I would look for another practice. Due to the poor attitude and unwillingness to actually treat patients.

I don't recommended them. Be carefull when you said you have pain. I feel they sometimes don't understand people. Also I don't know if it is only me but They told me to swallow something that is not to be swallowed instead of spitting it out. I'm a bit disappointed too because after complaining of tooth pain no one thought about the fact that I needed to have an x-ray to get a deeper look. I had to call the doctor and have him tell me to call the dentist again to see what was going on and that's when it turned out I had a cavity. And guess what, when I asked for an x-ray I was told that I had one 5 months ago. Anyway, it's May and there's a possibility of getting infections at any time. I didn't feel listened to. I suspect I have bruxism but I don't feel like they wanted to listen to me. I am disappointed and even afraid that they are playing with my health. Maybe, it is a way for I don't come anymore.

I told a female dentist, before she started a filling, that my teeth where sabotaged by a dentist before by creating groves during a scale and polish with the descaler. I've had them verified as damaged by an independent dentist. I told her I've reported the dentist and it's on going. She looked at me and said " well, in my professional opinion, it's because of wear and tear". I responded" excuse me, I've just told you what had happened." she repeated, it looks like wear and tear. I said, " well, it's not, am not lying". The trauma I went through wasn't good and I still have trust issues with dentists. She completely under mined what I told her, fundamentally implying, what I had done to me was not true. It was so rude and arrogant. She's no longer my dentist. I would not recommend this practice at all.

The best Dentist I have ever had ! Our Family dentist of over 20 years left practice and we tried 2 other dentists but were unhappy with them. A family friend recommended The Practice and I arranged a check up. Mr MacLean was really great, discussing treatments and then giving a written quote of all work required. I have now completed the work advised and I must say I'm delighted with the results and would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist practice in Falkirk District.
