   Everything is just average - I had microneedling with exosomes cost £450 even though most higher end clinics cost £350 - considering location is in a small Newry car park with salon not overly luxurious makes you wonder why its alot more than others. Treatment was ok however Amy doesn't do her best to sell what she is meant to at clinic - for example I am still waiting on an email from her about question I had for BBL or if Pro-Frac might be better - I was a customer who wanted to get microneedling with exosomes , BBL done and lasers over the course of the year. Seemed like she didn't really want me even having BBL - she said when you go out in the sun it will be appear again...I am well aware treatments need maintenance appointments especially BBL but was happy to do it regular. Considering I am a customer who came in looking many appointments - no follow ups with emails and the impression she is only trying hard to sell the skin-care isn't vibe I am interested in. Not responding to customer is rude. I will be going elsewhere for second microneedling and the BBL. Email attached sent on 12th November.

   I had an incredible profhilo treatment with Dr Emma today and I can honestly say she went above and beyond from start to finish. Dr Emma is an exceptional professional — knowledgeable, caring, and truly passionate about what she does.    I went to Dr Emma after seeing reviews online and was not disappointed. The ladies at reception were so lovely and welcoming from the start and felt so comfortable, the clinic is fab. Had an initial consultation with Dr Emma to help determine the best treatment for my concerns. Dr Emma is so lovely and had a wealth of information and very friendly, I left feeling very informed and happy in my choices going ahead. I decided to have 3 sessions of bbl and was introduced to Amy who carried out my treatments. Amy made me feel comfortable throughout and explained each stage during treatment. Amy was very professional, friendly and I was blown away with the results!! they speak for themselves. I wish I had of done this years ago. I also got valuable information on how to care for my skin after treatment and a better skincare regime going forward to address any concerns I have. I left feeling more confident and its the best my skin has ever looked. I'm looking forward to going back to Dr Emmas Clinic for future treatments. Thanks soo much.

Amy, the Dermal Therapist at the clinic, took the time to assess my skin thoroughly and provided a detailed consultation, educating me on the right products and procedures suited for my skin type and age. The hydro facial was incredibly refreshing, leaving my skin feeling deeply cleansed, hydrated, and glowing. What I appreciated most was the personalised approach—Any didn’t just recommend generic treatments but tailored everything specifically to my needs. I now have a much better understanding of how to take care of my skin properly. If you’re looking for expert advice and guidance on skincare treatments, I highly recommend Dr. Emma Clinic.    The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I had the Wellness for Cancer facial today with Amy and it was lovely. Amy made me feel so relaxed. The facial was gorgeous and so relaxing I almost fell asleep. My skin was glowing afterwards. I would highly recommend this facial.    So far I have had two hydrafacials and the treatment is great, my skin is super clean, fresh and glowing after. The clinic itself is lovely and relaxing and the girls are just fab! They really care and ask about your specific skin goals. They have answered all of my questions and shared there knowledge about skin care with me. Enjoy it so much. Great place to treat yourself.
