   I used to order online for coffee beans from them and whilst the quality, price and delivery were always great I will never forget that after years of loyal, frequent orders they refused to honour a discount code I had as I'd missed the timeframe of the offer by a truly insignificant amount. It soured me on them & I haven't ordered again since, hence the 3 stars (EDIT: now 1 star because of owner's reply). EDIT: JUST LOOK AT THE REPLY FROM THE OWNER BELOW: I'm honestly shocked by this response. Instead of acknowledging the feedback, you’ve chosen to be defensive and dismissive which only reinforces the exact issue I mentioned. Whether it was 6 years ago or 6 days ago doesn't change the fact that the experience happened, and it shaped my view of your business. A review reflects a customer's overall experience, not just the date of their last order, and I'm fully entitled to share mine. The fact that your first instinct is to criticise me for leaving feedback after I HAD ALREADY MESSAGED ORIGINALLY which stuck out in the memory after time had passed rather than consider why a loyal customer stopped ordering says A LOT about the attitude behind the scenes. If anything, your reply has only validated why I chose not to return. Others should be aware of how mismanaged this business is. Unbelievably bad customer service.

   Lovely cafe to eat we went on Friday and got cheese and bacon toastie and came back again Monday before we went home omg the beef burger and fries is amazing proper beef we also got cakes the home made scones are nice and the toffee cheese cake is the best I have ever had. The staff are lovely

   Great coffee and tasty food. Cheese scones to die for! Well filled paninis and bacon sandwich, and a generous portion of beans on toast. And prompt service too. Love the mix of furniture styles and the quirky counter front made up of drawer fronts.

   Nice cafe, big and bright and warm. Found the prices very reasonable. The coffee was nice. The pizza was great for the price of £6.50 and the scone was tasty and fruity.

   Arabica coffee is 100 percent. I adore it very much, but their service in responding to messages is bad service through the website. Please amend this situation because it is disgusting to customers. Thank you

   Service was abysmal. Waited 30 minutes for 3 cups of coffee. When I asked how much longer I would have to wait it was met with a shrug of the shoulders and no comment. Would have been more patient if there were more than 6 customers!

   Absolutely terrible. Staff don't know what they are doing. Messed all our food orders up. Small guy serving had no idea what he was doing. Filthy tables, stinks of grease as soon as you Walk in....didn't even get the food right. Ordered baked potatoes, didn't get one of them because of small guy. Then second baked potato arrived with total wrong topping and mouldy cheese! Chicken nuggets for child were revolting. Cold chips. Waited 20 minutes for new potatoes to be cooked and still wrong toppings. The worst place ever. Don't bother Don't waste your money

   What a great place, popped in for coffee & cake. Excellent staff, and felt very welcoming. 100% coming back. Even bought myself some insta-coffee! Shame about the limited selection on hot-chocolate, but apart from that, brilliant!

   Went for a drink with my family and ordered a black coffee and two hot chocolates. After chasing up where the drinks were told there was only one person who could make the drinks.half an hour later the drinks came but we’re cold. Terrible service and dirty pots on a few tables which were left until someone moved them ( customers to another table so they could sit down) Definitely won’t be going back and won’t recommend this cafe to anybody.
