Having been to selco for the first time I have found the staff very helpful and friendly i went up to the counter and the assistant was able to make my order up even without me walking around the store to find it and I wanted it delivered as soon as possible and to my surprise and delight he said it can be delivered tomorrow will definitely be shopping there from now on and the price was very reasonable

Yesterday I called up to enquire about a purchase I was interested in and spoke to a lovely Girl called Lisa who was absolutely amazing she was a real help with all my questions, she Was that good that I called up today to make the purchase. Lisa was understanding of my lack of knowledge and super helpful and a real credit to you guys I would say her level of customer service was second to none and filled me with confidence With what I was ordering and the service I required. I would have her work for me tomorrow if I could, so good was the level of service. I never email compliments as never really think to do so but the service I received from Lisa Over the past two days has been so good it would have been rude not to. This company was recommended to us and boy we were not disappointed. Fantastic service and the staff are so helpful. When we needed our products delivered they were delivered on the day stated and lovely and early and informed half hour of arrival that they will be with us soon.
I'm based in London and recently had a job down in Portsmouth and I used this store. The staff provide outstanding customer service the senior managers are very helpful and step in to resolve and delivery issues etc. It seems like a big happy family in the store. Delivery wise, quite a tight yard, have to reverse in from road. Not alot of room for error! The longest I’ve been here is only 45 minutes. Quickest fully loaded artic tip was done by Liam in 25 minutes. Can’t fault. One of the better places to deliver too!
