   Wow did a job here and was not impressed! The manager with the RAF style cap on was a real arrogant person. With all the issues I have going on at the moment he was lucky I didn't unleash on him. The other gentleman T.James was a lovely fella and very accommodating and helpful. Id hate to want to get a refund off the other guy. There was a guy in a baseball cap that seemed a bit stuck up too. Not sure why they had an issue or maybe it was the fact that myself and the two other guys there were Welsh. Must Just be a nationalist thing in the Portsmouth area. Never ever had this problem in the past. We tried to stop a small leak which I'm sure was not done on purpose considering the drain off valve was as old as the building and all the pipe work was ancient but there was no need for attitude at all. Completely uncalled for. I would not want to do business there with attitude like that. I think Saint Gobain needs to find a new area manager/site manager!
