The food is truly horrendous, do not waste your money here, you will regret it, they have no idea how to cook, they can't even make coffee, £9 I paid for absolute shlte.
They hot chocolate was absolutely brilliant and the bacon sandwich was brilliant too as they cooked the bacon just the way I liked it

Absolutely disgusting service, delivery and staff took 2 hours to arrive. rang after an hour of waiting they hadn’t even made our food, was in no rush to either. The app told me it had been delivered before we even got our food. delivery driver rude. bacon& sausage sandwich got one slice of bacon- mainly fat and 2 sausages

Not worth the money no prices up anywhere so they can charge what they like I got bacon sandwich only 2 bits of bacon in a roll £3.50 and that was a small, full breakfast in a roll was £6.00 and the roll was the same size as a small bacon sandwich will not be going again
I just visited this morning (23/10) with my partners for breakfast. The service was lovely, and everything was made beautifully. My partner particularly enjoyed their black coffee, saying that it was one of the best they've ever had. If we're ever up Hessle Rd again, we'll definitely be returning!
Edit* On Saturday the 27th February, when you definitely were open, it took more than 2 hours to arrive, a latte was missing from a breakfast meal deal and there was a hair in my daughters sausage sandwich! Complete waste of money and a health hazard!! And I have the email receipt to prove it was your cafe and also a photo of the hair in sandwich. Thanks
They describe their range of coffee to include cappucinno and lattes, in response to my complain about a cappuccino I ordered being hot water based and not milk based (which it should be, common knowledge) they argued back that I only paid 90p (Im aware of that, but I expected to receive what I ordered) and they use a nescafe automated machine, maybe it needs servicing or they should consider changing the choices are they don't offer what they claim. They constantly respond on just eat in a condescending way trying to place blame here there and everywhere rather than accepting they have some timing and quality issues. I requested a refund via just eat and they claimed they couldn't do this as they paid for the ingredients... Not sure what that has to do with poor quality and badly cooked food, as well as falsely advertised coffee but like I said they're full of ridiculous excuses for their short comings. They claim that the bad reviews come from people who don't know how to appreciate things but I'm not sure how anyone should or can appreciate late food, poor quality food, coffee that isn't what they claim and, looking at other reviews, this isn't even a rare occurance.
Always ridiculous delivery time, and always is really really late I would understand if we was ordering a three course meal each but when it’s a 5 minute drive and we’re ordering 2 sandwiches it’s pretty embarrassing, 1 hour 35 minutes for the delivery time and it was 40 minutes late, they forgot the sauce in my sandwich and we rang up twice to see where the order was and neither of them times they bothered to tell us they didn’t have the drinks we wanted. Sandwiches always turn up soggy thought I’d give them another chance but clearly nothing has changed
