   Appointed Rethink 5 month ago to take over my bookkeeping, so far they have done nothing they say they will give you the Xero software to upload docs, nope they have not I've still been doing all my books myself this morning I have told them I do not want there services anymore due to the stress they are causing me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Response to below I had sent many many emails across to Alana asking what was going on, you must think we don't keep the paper trail, don't try to pass the blame over to customers it's very un-professional, you were given the chance to sort this many times, maybe you have bigger fish to tend to and the smaller companies are not so important! Dear Brian, We would be happy to act as your agent and provide the services as shown below. Services Required Accounts Bookkeeping Fee Protection Service Consultation/Advice AND THEN NOTHING FOR 5 MONTHS,
