   I have used this company a few times in the past but the service I received this time was brilliant enough I felt I should leave a 5 star review. A guy called “Will” dealt with everything I needed and responded very promptly and professionally every time. The prices and delivery were also as appealing as the care and advice already received. I am also in the trade and not used to the service received by AVS. Anyone needing the services that AVS supply I would not recommend to look anywhere else. I will be returning in the near future and already recommended you to 2 of my friends who also are in the same industry. Keep it up. 10/10

   You had my money for 3 weeks... Didn't notify me when the product was available, ruined my summer because I couldn't finish my deck, didn't answer your phone, prioritized commercial customers yet I've spent over £10,000 with you! Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism... When I finally got someone on the phone... They were extremely rude! You've seen the last of my money!

   We ordered some chestnut rail fencing which we were happy with, so we ordered some more to finish the job. Unfortunately the majority of the second lot was not workable because it was just too irregular. There were different lengths and thicknesses - some mortises and rails just would not fit together. When I called to let AVS know they showed little interest in my concerns. I was simply offered a refund without any attempt at finding an alternative resolution, such as providing posts and rails that were more suitable. Then to top it off I was charged for the pleasure of AVS collecting their shoddy fencing from my property which is literally 2 minutes around the corner from their yard. I'm really disappointed at the level of service and respect shown by AVS. AVS have called since my review to explain that they have checked the fencing they collected and agreed that it was not suitable. They offered to restart the order process as I they had new stock, but I had already sourced and alternative supplier.

Always willing to go that extra step to ensure that orders are fulfilled and delivered. For our business RS Gardening Services we use AVS exsclusively to supply us - we have found the quality of their goods first class and would recommend them without hesitation.
