Lovely coffee shop with really friendly staff and a great atmosphere. The brunch was absolutely delicious and fresh.
I had breakfast at Riverhead Coffee in Cleethorpes, and it was such a lovely experience that I felt compelled to write about it. The café has a calm, welcoming atmosphere—perfect for a slow, easy morning. I ordered cheese croissants, which were warm, flaky, and had just the right amount of melted cheese inside—simple but so satisfying. I also tried what I think were “trastornos” (possibly a buttery pastry?), and they were excellent—crispy on the outside, soft in the middle, and full of rich, buttery flavour. Definitely made with care. My cappuccino was one of the best I’ve had in a while. It had a deep, smooth coffee flavour and was topped with a generous dusting of chocolate, which gave it a little extra sweetness without overdoing it. The service was friendly but relaxed—no one rushed, and we felt comfortable just sitting and enjoying the food. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, from the presentation to the quality of ingredients. I’ll definitely be back—next time I want to try their scones!
A great dog-friendly spot for coffee. Can get quite busy as it's a small cafe but lovely to sit in or take away. You can upgrade your coffee to large for 50p extra which I recommend as it's huge! Can recommend the dirty chai, as well as the hot chocolates here. Lovely local business to support in Clee
We were 4 adults and a child, cafe was very busy when we arrived but they have a table kept for groups of 4 and we fit there. Can't wait to go back, food was delicious. Staff have no problem adding or changing elements of the menu items such as adding bacon or leaving something out.
We were staying down the road from this cafe and saw that it was dog friendly so stopped in for some lunch. I got the 'Festive Feast' sandwich (which had chicken, cranberry, crispy bacon, sage & onion stuffing, rocket) It was packed full of fillings which were all lovely (especially the amazing crispy bacon!) and served on really nice fresh brown bread. My wife got a bagel with cream cheese (with additional bacon) Like my sandwich this was also packed full! My latte was also really nice. The people serving were really friendly and I would highly recommend this place for coffee and food.
Went here for some lunch and it was absolutely wonderful. Lovely place, staff and ambiance, the food was incredible and we’ll definitely be going again soon.

My partner suggested this one for a coffee and brunch one mizzly weekend. Plenty of choice on the menu, and loads of options for those of us who eat breakfast but don't enjoy eggs or avocado- a rarity these days, thanks! I deliberated for ages but decided on a pancake stack with fruit compote and Nutella. I got 5 pancakes, some were a little tough around the edges but otherwise nice. The fruit was tasty and there was a dollop of Nutella that'd feed a family for a week. Even as a seasoned chocoholic, I couldn't finish it. My partner had some soup and a vegan sandwich. He loves a good cheese and carrot sandwich but raved about this one, all I remember is that it had beetroot and mint sauce in it but he seemed very impressed, I think the mint sauce topped it off. Ingenious. Coffee was nice and we had a good morning. Thanks guys.
