    Visited many times over the past 2 decades. The store is well-stocked and easy to navigate, possibly a notch above the nearby Extra stores in Fratton and Chichester. I have never had any issues with parking, despite the hustle and bustle of the festive season.

    Disgusting and a waste of time! Done with this place, too many times it's too hard to buy what I want. (Edit- I came back on 30th December and it was worse treated like a thief by a woman who wanted to use her scanner as a power item) Original Review: I just picked up 2x bottles of Bailey's at Β£11 each, they have a big red tag on the neck to "stop theft". I changed my mind and realized I don't need 2 bottles... I removed them from my "trolley" (scanner), remembered that they stop you and wait for you to pay for it and to show them your proof of purchase before removing the tags so I got my shopping and paid for the Bailey's separately at a cashier with a lady. I got to the Self Checkout and scanned my scanner - *"Full trolley scan required"* ( I try to avoid interactions where possible) I had to wait for her to come over and tell me the obvious. She then scanned all my shopping again after I informed her I had already bought the Bailey's and this is 100% why I've been stopped, because I acted outside the norm of behaviour for a shopper. She then rescanned all my shopping not paying attention to the lack of RED TAG on my Bayley's and added it any way... Here's what was wrong on my list on my scanner - Added: Bailey's, 5 beers and 5 Rice packets (I already paid for my Bayley's. Scanned 4 beers and 4 Rice packets) Turns out, I can do a better job than they can at scanning items. Bring on Ai and robots to replace them. Decathlon do this better with their self service. Also, there's always too many staff in the veg sections on weekdays and no one clears shelves of empty cardboards.

    Huge thanks to Michelle on customer service....she found my purchase of an advent calendar via my clubcard ..I had bought it but left it at the till 2 weeks previously, and lost my receipt...she found it on my account ...also found out it had been handed and then resold so was able to give me a refund. She really went the extra mile for me....thanks Michelle....kind, patient and went above and beyond...renewed my faith in people actually taking pride in their role....thank you from me and my 2yr old granddaughter who did eventually get a new advent calendar!!! ☺️ KJ

    Health and Safety guidance clearly being ignored by staff shown in this image. Also have had the scan as you shop tills closed for some time, for no clear reason, which causes some unnecessary queuing at the self-service area as it gets jammed up with trolleys.

    Worse Tesco store I have ever been to. Trying to find were the fresh prawns was a nightmare. They were down the isle that was sign posted other ingredients. I am no expert but as the prawns were in the fish isle shouldn't the fish isle be signposted as fish rather than other ingredients. When you go to pay all of the self checkouts are signposted as card only. Had to find a checkout assistant to be pointed to a cash checkout. Went to the men's toilet absolute filth. This store has a Greg's cafe in it I am sure by law they are supposed to provide clean working toilets. For a multi pound business their is no excuse for their failings.

    Loved your store untill i went to get lunch in your cafΓ©. 12.30pm today. Which could only offer prepacked gluten free cakes. (I am gluten free) You sell gluten free bread in store for are you telling me your staff cant make a sandwich. Please sort this out.

    I always shop in this branch of Tesco late in the evening after I finish my shift at work. The staff are really friendly and very helpful. Tonight I asked for some help from a very polite young man named Ash. He was so obliging and went above and beyond his duty to help me. The customer service from this branch is higher than the 5 star rating. Above excellent customer service.

    For the second time in two weeks everyone trying to go through the ten self service tills had to endure a very slow process with only one member of staff to sort out problems with age verification, weights of items causing errors and other issues. At one point nearly every self service till was flashing red needing assistance with a long queue of people waiting to enter the self service area. Get some more staff on duty Tesco!

    Good sized supermarket with wide variety of items, very impressive open plan layout with plenty of staff on hand to help. Items always well stocked and has a modern feel to the place. Parking is never an issue with plenty of spaces available. Really impressed at the range of non-food items in store, having never been let down by the store, I would recommend it to all. The store itself is light and spacious and has Scan as You Shop on hand to beat the queues.
