“Collected our 6.5kg turkey this Christmas, and had the usual wonderful friendly welcome from Sam and Fred, despite them being so busy. The turkey was for all of the the most amazing bird we have ever cooked. The juices that poured out of the meat as I carved it and the fantastic flavour were just wonderful. our guests from all over England were bowled over by it - brilliant! The chipolatas that went with it had a great flavour also. Well done Stansted Farm shop and all the best for 2016.”

“Very good value, excellent veggie and vegan range - always busy but also always weirdly pleasantly tranquil, quiet and relaxing - you have to pay way more at Waitrose for that level of relaxing atmosphere, and the store is always steadfastly dealing with anti social youths - good community shop.”

“Staff were very friendly. The store is a very nice size with decently spaced Isles. You can use a trolley and not worry about crashing into others. The staff are very good at keeping this store tidy and saw staff cleaning up after clients throwing receipts on the floor and bags from bakery. Store is wheelchair accessible and has parking spaces for disabled. The shelves are at an average height. The store was well stocked and I was able to get everything I needed.”

“Huge thanks to Michelle on customer service....she found my purchase of an advent calendar via my clubcard ..I had bought it but left it at the till 2 weeks previously, and lost my receipt...she found it on my account ...also found out it had been handed and then resold so was able to give me a refund. She really went the extra mile for me....thanks Michelle....kind, patient and went above and beyond...renewed my faith in people actually taking pride in their role....thank you from me and my 2yr old granddaughter who did eventually get a new advent calendar!!! ☺️ KJ”

“Genuinely best customer service I have ever experienced. It's Christmas eve and I went to buy my girlfriend a last minute present (Yves Saint Laurent Black Opium 30ml £56). Unfortunately they didn't have that size left so I opted to get the 50ml for £78. The lady who served me was incredibly friendly, but it was her colleague who overheard me asking for it and quickly ran off to find a gift set of the same perfume, same size, same price, but with extras included. She made it back with the gift set before I made my purchase and showed me what else I could get for essentially free. I bought the gift set, and as an extra bonus she went to find a gift box for me. She even went as far as putting it together and tying the bow. Both ladies that served me were incredibly nice and wished me a happy Christmas as I left. Felt very happy with my purchase and experience.”
