Great shop lovely staff always clean tidy staff are different level from other shops. Helpful knowledgeable. Fresh food all the time breads fresh milks fresh always has the shelves full can’t complain excellent
I'm not overly regular but it's always quick and friendly service when I do go. Its handy for parcel pick ups as well.

Most nights the staff seem to decide to close the shop at about 9:30pm, even though they are supposed to be open til 10:00pm. It gets pretty frustrating and it's not just me, the amount of people I have watched walk up to the shop doors, and get pretty wound up when they find out they can't get in because they have, for some reason, closed early (even though you can see the staff inside just stood around chatting) is beyond uncountable, because it happens pretty much every night. Thank god for the off licence store next door, they actually stick to their opening times and the like 3 staff they have are all absolutely lovely, which sadly, the same can't be said for the One stop.
Always shutting way before closing time really needed some baby things as just ran out and came here at around 21:40 and was closed up had no way of getting to another shop that stocked my needed items shameful
Clean, friendly, well stocked with all the products you would expect to find in a local shop, even a few you wouldn't! I think it provides for our local community very well.
Always find this local store cheaper than spar and they always have offer on the go. Staff are friendly and the store also has a atm inside the store which is free to use.
Doesn't seem to have enough staff sometimes you have to wait or go and find someone to pay cos there's only one person and the stocking shelves
Doesn't always have the things you need in stock and often has problems with there gas and electric payment meter
