Great staff and well stocked store. Used this co-op for over two years now. It would be nice to see more healthy options of food and drinks, I know it’s not their fault but they do have the choice (via HQ) to select better brands that are not poisoning people with high levels of sugars and chemicals. They should take a healthier approach to their customers and promote this.

Positives: -Large store - easy to navigate the aisles -Conveniently located if living in Milton -Most of the staff are friendly -Some good offers esp. the freezer fillers Negatives: -Some items unnecessarily expensive e.g. bottled beer (when compared to the Tesco Express nearby), the bakery -The self-service checkouts frequently cause issues. Often you give in and go to the manned checkout.

Train your staff to use the post office counter if you're going to advertise services for the duration of your opening hours. One of your own staff has told me it takes 1 min to re-open it, stop closing it at 9 or earlier when you're open until 10.

I only popped in to get cash from the cash machine. It's a very handy store stocked full of great items. Lucky to have it within walking distance.

Now I kinda know what it would be like to shop in early 80's Soviet Moscow. Poorly stocked shelves of Expensive food items manned by rude surly staff. Avoid.

High prices low stock Post office closes at random and there is no posted opening times or the web site so it leads you to believe it’s open at the same time as the store. They get one star as the staff in there are great and have no control over the post office or prices of their stock

Post office here is useless, 2 people behind the counter, only one person serving, meanwhile the queue is going round the back of the shop. Not even a "sorry for your wait" after a 20 minute queue. Shambles.

Just want to say thank you to the incredibly helpful chap at the Post Office counter. It was super easy to send BFPO parcels as he knew exactly what he was doing. Knew what “blueys” were when I asked and gave me a handful of those and some CN22 for my next parcels.
