   Worst experience today here..there card machines hadn't been working properly at all today..they hadn't tried to make the customers feel happy again after this issue. Money being pending out of accounts..not changing it to cash only to stop the complaints. Staff was rude. Not helpful and didn't apologise once. Told me to insert my card which I had and still didn't work. Made customers wait ages to see if payment even worked! Queues are so bad because of this.

   Good arrange of food and offers but the staff let it down not very helpful. Ask a staff member if they had certain product and was told if its not there no. No offer to check no smile felt like I was putting them out. Went to the till . I'm disabled and the cashier never once asked if I need help packing.

   Great place to pick up some frozen food bargains & other grocery items too. Nice big pack sizes, an extended range & a great overall selection. Plenty of parking too. Tills are often a bit challenging, but colleagues are great, always cheerful & helpful too

   A much bigger version of Iceland. Good frozen food at cheaper pricing than the main Supermarkets. Could do with extra checkouts of manpower to operate the checkouts not operational, ques built up very quickly, and staff slow to react.
