    Prices jump up and down daily. Staff on the whole are decent... Except for one! The old bulldog with glasses! Such a rude old woman, she always looks fed up, speaks about 3 words, unless it's to one of her little chums then she'll chat for 10 mins before serving. Literally every other staff member packs the shopping away, but not old bulldog she just snacks a bag down on the counter and starts scanning. I try to avoid her at all costs even if it means balancing 18 items and using the robot. Definitely more suited to a job out the back.

    When we order from here either 1. They say they can't process the transaction or 2. Miss items off, such as one milk delivered not two. 3. Don't attach a receipt so I can't process a refund. I don't have as many problems ordering elsewhere.

    To whoever from the Co-op that misread my review, I am NOT dissatisfied with the store in question! It is not big. Therefore it cannot have a vast range of stock. That is an observation, not a criticism. The clear majority of the staff are friendly and helpful, like any retail establishment. One or two are not. It's the same everywhere! That is also an observation, not a criticism! I've shopped there ( not exclusively, I shop at many places) for 15 years or so. It's the Co-op, and I like the Co-op, all of it's many permutations ( I'm with the Co-op Bank). Nowhere Is Perfect! Ok?

    Small shop with good selection of items, typical corner shop prices which are slightly higher than your big chains, staff are friendly and approachable

    This shop is not covid safe! The Hermes parcel return machine, which is used frequently, is positioned right where people queue for the check out, making social distancing impossible. I’ve mentioned it before and they said there is nothing they can do, I also just overheard another family pointing it out that it doesn’t allow social distancing and that it’s not safe, same response from the check out assistant is that there is no where else to put it.

    Such a rude woman today serving between 3 and 3.30pm 3/5/19! The way she spoke to me was appalling. If she doesn't want to serve customers apart from her friends, then she shouldn't do the job!
