Really handy Post Office. Counter open daytime, but then service shifts over to the main till area. Although services then more limited this is a well used facility staffed by real people not robots or automatons. The staff are are really good bunch The shop is a convenience store and as such is more expensive but is used extensively . Local stores and Post Offices are important .Use it or Lose it applies ,even in a big town.

Don't normally write reviews but the integrated post office says open till 10pm? Went in there to collect my parcel at 6pm, there's a sign saying Till Closed and the guy rudely says "I'm busy, come back in half an hour". Did not even asked what I required. Erm surely you can stop what you're doing for a brief second and get my parcel. I spotted about 5 workers in there on arrival. No customers. Bear in mind it's heavy rain outside and I've travelled about 20 minutes. Not happy.

I felt I had to comment on something that happened in your store this afternoon. I was waiting to pay for my purchases in a queue and an elderly gentleman came in and asked to change a pack of cat food for dog food. The staff obviously recognised him and immediately went to his aid. They were so respectful and kind to him. It seems the gentleman had only a few hours ago purchased the cat food and he has dementia. He is in fact known to them as this has happened on numerous occasions. I commend the staff at Pylmara Road store for the incredibly kind and respectful way they treated their customer.

Very unreliable Post Office service. The Co-op manager seems to close it on a whim when he is understaffed despite it clearly stating outside that the Post Office services should operate whne the store is open.

Lots of empty shelves reasonably priced but could do with more competitors

Lovely staff, always ready to help doesn’t matter if really early or really late. Good bunch and the shop always has what you want/need. Kept us stocked all throughout the pandemic even with panic buyers! Thank you to all the staff

A good selection of products. Not the cheapest price but handy if you don't want to or can't get to town.
