Great little pub, staff very friendly and helpful. Proper pub!

Shocking, what seemed to be either watered down lager or just completely flat at £5 a pint we couldn’t take it back as it would of taken another 30 mins to do that, toilets were overflowing with urine with it all on the floor with nobody doing a thing about it after so many people told them. Wipe your feet on the way out.

Crackin' pub near the Craven Park Ground. Friendly staff, atmosphere and a great range of alcoholic beverages

The Crown is a classic, no-fuss pub with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The friendly patrons and cheerful staff create a relaxed environment where good service comes naturally. It’s the kind of place that feels like a community hub, making it easy to settle in for a drink or two. A solid choice for a pleasant pub experience—and yes, I’ve reviewed this before, but Google makes me do it again, I think?

A Traditional unspoilt community pub serving the Preston road estate. Close to the Hull Kingston Rovers ground, the pub is decked out in HKR red and white memorabilia. Lovely friendly staff, wide choice of beers, cider and larger. Sadly no real ale.

Excellent service and friendly atmosphere. Top DJ & karaoke with live sky sport. Cheap drinks.

Friendly staff make you feel at ease and comfortable despite the social distancing measures in place. Table service available with a wide selection of drinks and bar snacks to choose from.

Came in twice 6 months ago under my birth name, recently ever since half the town has learned I'm I'm transgender and have mental health issues as well as disabilities, I am no longer served and allowed access to toilet facilities. Last year they allowed me a glass of water just so I could take some pain relief for a migraine and they also allowed me access to the toilet whilst I was in desperate need. Now each time I request a drink (whether just water or a purchased drink) I'm denied a drink, I'm also not allowed access to the rest room. I'm suspicious that there may be a tolerance issue or some kind of principle behind it. Please can someone address this issue? What if it was someone else with a severe health problem? It's wrong to kick people to the curb like that.

On the face of if, it looks like you have wandered into the set of "Shameless".. On the other hand, though clearly this is not a classy joint, the people, despite their below average tooth count, are genuine, kind and welcoming people who do lots of events for charity. Really friendly bar staff/management make this pub a great pleasure to be on. Don't judge a book by its covers - treasures lie within.
