    I came with my tonight JoJo as we fancied a night off from singing (but she sang Karaoke?) from seeing the rave reviews for a good night we tried it. Your customers made it what an absolutey friendly pub. By the time we left we felt like regulars i am sure JoJo will be back soon & thanks to Rik for keeping us entertained all night.

    The Bank is a top spot, especially if you’re after a great pint of Guinness—arguably the best in the area. The staff are polite and welcoming, adding to the enjoyable atmosphere. Its location is ideal, with plenty of other pubs nearby if you’re making a night of it. Definitely worth a visit for a quality drink in a great setting.

    This weekend I came down with my mate as we love a karaoke, we seen the bank on Facebook and decided to try them out, when we first arrived we were warmly welcomed by everyone and made to feel at home, We got a few drinks and started to have a laugh with the regular crowd, The whole night was just quality entertainment and there was no stress or drama people from different ages was there enjoying themselves, This is one place we will definitely be coming back to soon And highly recommended to for everyone

    The bank pub is in the big impressive former TSB bank building. It is a large single room pub with a pool table. There is a good selection of beer cider and lager on offer, including a great Newsome cask conditioned real ale. Nice friendly staff, there is outside seating to the front, right hand side and rear of the pub.

    Great place for a night out, pending on venue, as at times karaoke, singer. Freidly, decent landlady who will take time to get to know her customers. Places to have a smoke, for them who do, been fair few times, very little trouble, in over five years, only seen one bit of bother, but that was owed to a drunken bum.
