   Family member came in to buy a vimto energy drink, looks well over 16! Got asked for id when he showed jo the manager his full driving license she asked what car he drove and possibly took a photo of the id not entirely sure, bit odd if you ask me and now hes worried she took a photo with his personal info on!!

   Having read some of the reviews for this Morrisons Daily I was dreading going in. We are on a touring site nearby and needed some essentials. The store is well stocked, has friendly staff, although we only saw one, and was a pleasure to shop there. Next time we are on this touring site, we will definitely shop there again.

   Staff are rude, incompetent and unhelpful. The store looks like they have just filmed the walking dead in it and they have left the Zombies behind! 3 times I have been to pick up and drop off parcels to be told to come back. Woman claims not to be trained on parcels but her badge says management team!

   Went in earlier for lottery to be told I don't look old enough as they have a '30yrs old' policy, even though the legal age is 18! I'm 55! Even in low lighting & a good hair day I don't look under 30. I even got my 86 Yr old Mum out of the car to verify my age which she still wouldn't accept, & then refused to serve her Lotto as she was with me. Absolutely appalled by the attitude of Jo who is also the ma ager!!

   So after being ill recently with covid 19 I used my very local shop to make a purchase as I do on a daily basis. After the very educated and trained team of covid assessor's and track and trace my isolate date ended and I followed every protocol by the book which I would have to due to the nature of my occupation I was then disgusted to be given the spanish inquisition by the manager of the shop being told you shouldn't be out etc I think il stick to the advice and guidance of the experts not the local shop manager this was degrading and rude and had other customer been in the shop somewhat embarrassing. I use the shop as it's very close and feel I shop he able to shop without my personal life being questioned and made to feel like I'm doing something wrong. Very poor customer service skills. I appreciate there may be concerns but being told I was wrong and shouldn't be out was just unacceptable and infact discrimination.
