   I had an appointment booked for 3:00 PM but was not seen until 3:25 PM, with no explanation or apology for the delay. I was also overcharged for the service. The price list displayed in the salon clearly states £38 for a pedicure with shellac, yet I was charged £40. When I raised this, I was told the displayed price was outdated—reportedly from two years ago. If that is the case, it should have been updated in accordance with trading standards. Displaying incorrect prices and then charging more at the till is misleading and unacceptable. Additionally, the staff member I dealt with was dismissive and offered no apology or acknowledgment of the error. While the pedicure itself was adequate, the overall experience was unprofessional and disappointing. I would not return based on this experience.

   I've been twice here with no appointment needed. My nails were nice but 2 of them were slightly different shapes. Can be a little expensive if you have nail art. Cash only place.

   I have been having my nails done for over 15 years. I went to visit family in Newry and needed to get them done. I looked online and found this nail salon and it is the absolute worst place I have every been to have my nails done. I asked for a soak off and redo of BIAB. The lady that filed my nails filed into my nails so far that they started bleeding. The other lady in the salon took over and did the BIAB, the next day they all started breaking. I wanted a refund and the refused to give me a refund. I had to go back for them to try fix them. I opted to rather go for acrylic and I didn’t want the same lady working on my nails. She landed up filing all the builder gel again. I had acrylics done by the male in the salon. A few days later I could see them starting to crack, and now just over a week later and I have had 4 of them snap into my nailbed. I can’t even go back to my regular nail salon to have them fixed because they need to heal first. AVOID this place!!!!!

   I like the way nails are done and how quick they are but they need absolutely to work on the timing for booked appointments and not take 15 people in all waiting for over an hour. I am sorry to give only 3 stars but after my last visit there is no other option.

   After reading the reviews, my daughter booked for nail & toe gel polish! She won’t be back. After being huffed & puffed at, not being able to do designs that are advertised on their page & not taking cards! Definitely not good for your business!
