Honestly one of the staff were so rude to me and my mother for so reason. All we said was that we weren't informed we needed a patch test done (we were happy enough to change to something else and did not kick up any sort of fuss) and we got snapped at with attitude straight away. We were all talking in the most calm voice and not even complaining and the owner got so defensive for genuinely no reason. It's not our fault no one told us on the phone, these things happen! All the other staff are lovely except the owner. Maybe she needs to learn from everyone else on how to handle her temper. I would have understood if there was a need for defense but all I said was "oh sorry we weren't told I didn't know" to then be snapped at by her repeatedly saying all of her staff will always advise a patch test is provided and got angry and lippy at me when I was more than apologetic and happy to change the appointment to whatever else I could have gotten.
