Got thrown out because one of the girls that claims she worked there pushed me without me doing anything, absolutely ridiculous behaviour acting like a child, she should be ashamed of herself and the bouncers did nothing to help me
A bouncer confiscated my son’s full drivers license and refused to return it after he used it as ID. This was not a fake ID and should have been recognised as legitimate had the doorman been trained sufficiently. Granted, my son was under age and refused entry, no issues there. I was told that the license had been taken to the police station the following day, it hadn’t as that was our first point of contact. So they’ve broken the law by not returning it to the owner or handing it to the police. How many other ID’s have they retained and binned? When I asked to speak to the manager the “doorman” refused. Great customer service? A law abiding established? Dubious to say the least.
Absolutely useless. Dont understand english. Try selling you drinks you dont order and then when you confront them they throw you out. Avoid this place like the plague. All they are is money launderers.

Terrible place and overful with no control. Drenched in disaronno and coke as the 'bouncers' decided to plough through the area knocking drinks out of hands to escort a gentleman outside. Gave me a small piece of blue roll to dab dry a £300 jacket, £90 shirt and £70 shoes.
Sensational experience I have frequented Sheriff bar 2 nights in the last week and on not one occasion did it disappoint. I was very excited to try this establishment as it is the first time from what I know that Beverley has been graced with an American mid western saloon bar, whoever’s idea this was deserves a medal. Upon entering the bar , you pass through authentic saloon bar swinging doors and enter the bar. We were served quickly by friendly staff and started sipping berverages. The music was a mash up of old skool 90’s and early 00’s. We danced the night away in a lovely corner of the bar away from any unruly revolvers. Unfortunately an altercation broke out with what seemed like some young cowboy apprentice wanting to smack someone inside, which then led to BTPD coming down to quell the unrest. An incredibly professional response from both the bouncers and BTBD ensured our safety, well done guys. We purchased bandanas and sheriff hats to get with the theme of the venue and truly appreciate its ambience. The mid western design with its ‘reward’ posters and cowboy silhouettes is quite something and we didn’t want to miss out. I’d highly recommend Sheriff to anyone in the area.
