   The pub was great all the staff are friendly and can’t do enough for you . From the moment you enter you feel welcomed and part of a community. I was using the App to order the other night and although Sam was very busy he helped me as I was having issues with it on my phone , . I have not eaten there myself but from what I have seen coming out of the kitchen it looks very good and We will be having dinner there soon . Well done to all for making the Bay horse the pub it is Look forward to my next visit

   Walked to this pub from a nearby campsite. Very welcoming staff. Attentive service and although a somewhat limited menu the food was very good and great value. I would recommend a visit here.

   Had a great visit with family, especially as the children and dog were well catered for. Our dog even got photographed for the VIP board! Spacious table and meals enjoyed by all! It was a lovely day and enjoyed a post meal drink in the new beer garden

   Warm friendly atmosphere , with children and dogs made very welcome, excellent pub environment and the choice of drinks was very good . The food was of a high standard, well presented and served in a timely manner with all staff members making it an enjoyable visit.

   Despite the incorrect information via Google maps that the pub is fully wheelchair accessible we had a positive visit due to the very helpful Australian hosts. My unique Aussie burger and fries was enjoyable and my partner's fish with chunkier chips good, though batter could have been crisper. Overall, well worth a visit, enhanced by the lovely back roads of the Yorkshire Wolds that surround Cherry Burton.

   Very nice little pub to have food and drinks in. Staff are friendly and there was a nice little atmosphere in there. Food was nice although the burger I had could have done with a bit more cooking but other than that it was nice. Thank you

   Good meal, good service. Had a bit of a wait for pudding but it was lovely. Front door was locked which would have meant going all the way round. I had parked my car outside the pub due to a damaged hip, was a bit concerned but a nice lady unlocked it so i could go out the front....thankyou I really appreciated it.

   Absolutely great. Fits a nice niche food wise between gastro and traditional pub food, the foods preparation is spot on, eat here regularly and yet to have any issues, really lovely tasty food. Nice mix of meals from traditional Sunday roasts and pub classics all served nicely. Good to come for a drink too, welcoming and open atmosphere, variety of seating spaces, decent car park (not big but always seems to be space) friendly staff and decent prices. Never leave feeling I've been overcharged or received poor service. Would highly recommend.
