   It's a good shop. It's a M&S. Staff are always friendly, approachable, pleasant. The shop is well stocked & has a good variety of foods available. There is also click and collect des located inside the shop at the back. There is also a on-site bakery in the shop. Very yummy. The only negative bit but it's no way reflective of the store is the children parkings. They are constantly taking by disabled drivers. I & my wife have confronted a few & we are met with either silence or verbal abuse. I mentioned it because if you have young kids the standard parking bays are very tight.

   Fantastic service from Alfie, who was able to hunt down the salted caramel sauce for me last thing on a Sunday! Giving him the product code, he found it out the back and saved my Sunday night dessert! Thanks Alfie :)

   Quite disappointed with managers attitude towards me, I very politely made a complaint about food quality and hygiene in this store after being covered in blood and slime from leaking packaging and the manager tried to tell me raw meat juice leaking out and slime was the norm and couldn't understand why I was asking for a refund on a three bird roast that cost £55 and was less than 2kgs!!!! It was pre cooked in water bath and was meant to be delicious but was so salty no one could eat it. Marks and Spencer have really gone downhill in the quality of the produce but well up in price, I use lidl its much cheaper and better fresh meat hygiene.

   The shop is everything you would expect from Marks and Spencer. The staff are friendly and very helpful. There is a large selection of products and the shop was very tidy. Plenty of parking.

   A really great M&S foodhall. Lots of choice in a well laid out store. Instore bakery. All the M&S favourites. Good selection of drink. Really helpful and friendly approachable staff. Fantastic customer service. Would be great if an M&S Cafe was here, but sadly isn't. If you order from M&S on line, you can collect from this store free of charge. Plenty of free parking. Parent and child and disabled parking bays close to the shop.

   Excellent choice of fresh food, fruit and vegetables. Its a little more expensive than the other supermarkets but the quality is so much better. I will say there isn't the best selection of frozen foods but a large portion of the fresh, fridge foods are also suitable for freezing. The fresh bread and cakes selection is great too. M&S have a small, but great section for vegans and also those with wheat and dairy intolerances. Fantastic.
