I went to post a parcel today during my lunch break. I was in a rush and it was raining. I was told the parcel was too large for them to post. Even though I have previously posted the same size parcel. Poor service. Disappointing
The post office spouse to close at 5pm they closed it at 3pm!

Staff always friendly and accommodating. Friendly and helpful they treat their customers very well always helpful and pleasant.
Still would be better if bit more in stock, however customer service above and beyond. Best I've come across for a long time. 2019 - It's okay. Could do with better and more stock and more staff especially to cover the Post Office.

Used the app : too good to go. Paid 4£ and got stuff not even worth 2£ and they are very stingy with the amount of food given.
Awful staff. Allowed customer to shout at me and accuse me of stealing when buying bread. Did nothing but watch? Was a regular customer but see why this has such negative reviews.
All of the staff are well mannered, welcoming, and friendly. I live round the corner and visit frequently. The service I receive is always impeccable.
