   Great service, even carried out the child's bike to the car (20" children's (8-12yr) cycle). I brought it boxed as I am an experienced cyclist and have the right tools to build it. It took to unpack and build 1.5 hours including fitting third party stabalsers, would recommend using their build service if not confident).

   If you need charging for unrequired work doing on your bycicle and no explanation given then these are the folks for you. If you have a new bike they'll bend over backwards for you but an older one, everything WILL be broken. Don't expect them to call you either. Visited 3 times to see about bike and it turns out they had "forgot" the first time then the second time "someone else" had started doing something......but what? Bike finally collected today 24th December 2025 after 3 weeks. Asked to see parts changed but they had mysteriously "gone missing". Attitude towards us was unbelievably poor when collected. Shame really as I've used Halfords Beverley for many years but never again for anything bike related

   First time that I have used click & collect at Halfords. I bought a car windscreen cover which seems to be good quality & a fair price. I collected from the Beverley store & it was easy & straight forward. The lady on the desk was welcoming & efficient. I was only in the store a few minutes, was handed the parcel & was on my way. A good way to purchase items.

   The staff, service, advice and guidance in the Beverley store is brilliant. Always available, happy to help and I have complete trust and confidence in the help they provide. They have replaced light bulbs and completed seasonal checks on our cars, cannot recommend them enough!

   Jade gave detailed advice and support when choosing a roof top box and bars. She allowed me to make the right choice for my use and vehicle and gave excellent and friendly service. Her customer support and interaction is at the highest level and it has been a delight dealing with your store as a consequence. Chosen and fitted well within the time I needed it to an excellent standard.

   We arrived with a sizeable chip in my wifes Shogun SG5. Her pride and joy! The staff at the Beverley branch were extremely friendly and helpful. Whilst we went for a coffee, all done in 30 minutes. You can hardly see the mark. Would recommend them to anyone. And thanks to John who did it so well.

   Great service! I took my little girl’s bike in, on spec for a safety check. We were asked to wait briefly while the young man completed another job. He thoroughly checked my daughter’s bike and replaced the rear brake cable at a cost of £13. There was no other cost. Absolutely delighted with the service we received, only wish I had asked the name of the assistant.

The assistance I received from both Kirby, at the counter, and John, who did a thorough check for me, was absolutely first class. I am so grateful to have received reassurance that all is well and I can now travel with confidence to see my family at Christmas. Very many thanks to them both.

   I joined at 11-00am, arrived at the store at 11.25am, booked in for a battery change, went for a walk , came back at 12.15. All was finished. I got free fitting, free 10 point check, £15.50 discount and a very pleasant chat with the gentleman on the till. All in all a very enjoyable experience - glad I joined.
