Popped in off the cuff this afternoon, Luckily they had had a last minute cancellation and where able to see to my T6. Nick explained what it could possible be and we agreed a price on new head unit. He called me after about 15 mins and just told me it was a loose wire and that was the only problem. He could have had a couple of hundred quid out of me for a new unit and I would not have been any the wiser. Problem fixed small nominal fee and nothing but praise for these guys. Thank you for being so honest. If and when I do need anything else doing I will definately be going there. Thank you again.

Had a Pioneer head unit and Reversing camera fitted to my car today and am delighted with it. The professional installation means everything works as it should and it appears OE rather than after market. I was given a hand to pair my iPhone and a quick tuition of how to get around the apps. Such nice people ,I would not hesitate to recommend Audio Island.
Extremely helpful staff who do great work installing all manner of devices in vehicles. My Pure DAB add-on for my existing, old, radio stopped working. I could not select channels. It was installed by Audio Island some time ago. They replaced the head end and a cable and there was no charge! Wonderful!
Excellent service, excellent products. Second time they have fitted and supplied a tow bar and we are really pleased with the experience and would recommend onward without reservation. They also supplied and fitted Pioneer front and rear cameras to our car and then refitted the same cameras the second time in our new car. Well done.
A very efficient company with a very friendly, knowledgeable team of guys who certainly went the extra mile to get a dash-cam fitted in my car despite being fully booked for two-weeks. I was advised they would put me on a standby list and would call me if they had a cancellation or a job done quicker than anticipated. Within 24hrs I received a call to take my car in and the job was completed with minimum fuss....and a nice cup of tea whilst I waited. I would certainly recommend these guys for a job well done. Had a problem with the radio in a Suziki Swift. It should only show 'HELP' when the code has been entered incorrectly 10 times. This appeared after the battery was flattened and then re-charged. The local Suzuki dealer and Suzuki UK were of little help. I took it to Audio Island to see to it and collected it today, fully working. Very impressed.
These guys are the business,Just had a new stereo and dab aerial fitted in my van.Halfords said they couldn't do the fitting.They even put a switch in the vehicle with a relay to my leisure battery.Absolutely first class service very professional well chuffed.Good after service as well will definitely be dealing with this company again.
