   Excellent service again provided by Lee , Dean and Chris. I have used Beverley Motors and Cycles for some 5+ years now, my current cycle being purchased from there. On this occasion I had work done as a result of a puncture . In addition they carried out a full service which included the fitting of a new chain and cassette, They always seem willing to go ‘the extra mile’ to be of service. On this occasion Lee collected the cycle from my home address and dropped it off again after the work had been completed. All in all another great experience provided by Beverley Motor and Cycles. Well worth a 5 Star rating .

   Both mechanics were polite and professional; happy to answer any query, demonstrate findings, describe options and provide advice for a mountain bike service. I collected my bike the same day for medium price. What a brilliant job! It really is like new and a huge pleasure to ride. Smooth gears, bearings, firm brakes, oiled, cleaned & trimmed cables. A great service from a well stocked shop, perfect for busy cyclists.

   Absolutely fantastic service from these guys. Last year I wanted a Haibike Trekking 7, I couldn’t find one at a local shop so had to order it online. Recently it developed a fault, as it was still under warranty I contacted a Haibike dealer in Hull, they refused to help as I had not purchased the bike from them. I telephoned the guys at Beverley car and cycle who are also Haibike dealers, they were extremely positive and said bring it in. They checked it confirmed the fault, ordered a new part and kept me updated. There was a delay due to the non availability of the part. I received a telephone call today telling me the bike was sorted. I had asked they do a service on it too. I picked the bike up, was given a comprehensive run down on the work carried out, a service print out, and the defective part that had been replaced. I rode the bike home to Anlaby, it has never felt so good. I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys especially if you have an ebike. I certainly will take mine there for servicing and any other work. Thank you.
