   Really awful awful customer service from both men who work inside the shop. Horrible atmosphere as soon as you walk in, I’ve been polite and friendly when inside and when asking how they are they just look at me like I’ve insulted them. I really really wish there was a closer local for me to drop off my Evri parcels! Avoid here if you can! Miserable bunch!

   Incredibly rude. Also trying to charge a minimum card spend of £5. My partner has previously noticed him trying to give incorrect change. Looking at the previous reviews it seems I’m not the only one who has had a run in with this shopkeeper. Won’t be shopping here again and will be advising others to do the same.

   Incredibly rude. I am in a wheelchair. I asked if he had a ramp, because it’s hot and I needed water. He first told me to leave my (£600) chair outside, then shut the door in my face and stared at me through the window until I went away. It’s not even that I couldn’t get in that bothers me, it’s how bloody rude he was about it. How is he still running a business? Perhaps this is why I never see anyone in there with him, hard to have friends when you’re this nasty. I rarely leave bad reviews on here but I don’t want people to give him money.

   Went into this store yesterday night. Came here with my gf after going gym. As soon as i came in the cashier kept eyeing at me, looking at me like i’ve stolen something from him. Not a minute later he asked us if we were alr. Picked a few items and he asked us is that all but proceeding to side eye directly at me like again “stolen something from him”. I’m chinese and i feel utterly disgusted and unsafe with that store. Had the same experience even when i go into the store alone. I assume racism is involved with this. If there was a button for -1 star, 100% would have given this. Oh yeah if the owner is reading this, the next time i come in and is met with this not only im raising this with the surrounding community but will be met with not a nice gesture.

   I had really bad experience at this shop. Please be aware of scams. I paied for a product they charged me triple price, the guy at the till he distracted me when I paied contactless, like a pro, looks like they have done this before, luckily the bank sent me notifications. I went back to the store to dispute this and they gave me the cash as the difference in "error". Even after this the product on the shelf was 3.19 and I still got charged 20p extra, a total of 3.39. Please double check the prices if you decide to buy from here. Also he threw me out of the store like I was the thief and have done something wrong. Another thing I noticed is that on maps there are 2 stores overlapped while there is only 1, Premier. This is called best one express, although in the pictures is a Premier. Both have bad reviews. Stay alert.

   It could have been better if the staff had provided more information for returning packages. When I returned the package for the masks, the staff could have had better engagement and clarifications on returning the product. There's some areas of improvement for the customers experiences.

   Usually have no complaints but resent experience of buying fresh cakes to only find 4 cream donuts all 4 mould growing all over. Trying to complain to store challenging as English was not well understood, if at all. Needless to say unhappy as complaint still not dealt with. Won't buy again.

   Do not go to do a UPS Amazon return drop off. I didn't go to a further drop off point even after reading the reviews because I thought -"well last review was 3 weeks ago". The scanner is still "broken" and the gentlemen was still very rude.

   Staff unhelpful and rude. I went to collect a parcel he said no deliveries today, I said OK but was told my parcel was available to collect yesterday. No deliveries today come back at 3pm. I said again its here, so he reluctantly went to look after taking my id which I wasn't happy about (trying to stick to no contact, covid etc) and came back with my parcel, also made me sign for it!! Won't get deliveries to here again.
