   I wanted to write this post. To thank the young lady working in this shop. My young client had a seizure in middle of Chichester. The worker( the lady) helped my colleague to get the address of area FAST. Then helped us get our client in the shop. Then closed the shop DOWN while my client had a seizure. To give us space and privacy. Got her water, helped get all the stuff out the way for the ambulance guys. This women was amazing!!! She needs a pay rise!! She was so on it! She really made our lives a lot earlier and our client. I just want to say what an amazing worker/person she is. We appreciate you and all your help xxxxx

   Bought a geek vape, failed within 7 days, shop assistant verified. Was told they don't exchange without packaging. Went back and got the box out bin. Returned to be told I won't be served because he didn't like "how I was" asked him did I raise my voice have i sworn? No, It's because I said he needed training on consumer rights. He said "it's a private company, we don't need to follow consumer rights" wouldnt give me a complaints procedure he had the faulty goods and iv no refund. I have photo and recorded convo. Its outright theft. Email doesnt work on website. If your gonna open a shop on high street train your staff correctly. Legally all companies need to show a complaints procedure.
