Never open and when it is it isn't, been here 3 times coming from Newcastle and it was closed, when according to Google should be open, 2nd time closed again and 3rd time the lights were on but nobody home, msg clock on door said back in about 20mins, so we went to another shop while waiting and came back 30 mins later to see another time it was closed, so their loss as needed a complete wetroom, so go to tile tac instead at least they are open
