The service is fantastic, the staff cannot do enough from helping with choosing the most suitable products to loading the materials into your vehicle. We bought gravel and some wood which they cut for us and all the staff we spoke to were funny and a laugh. Cheaper than typical garden centres and DIY stores.

Disappointingly, I ordered 5 sleepers for my garden, and all of them were heavily cracked. Only one seemed usable, but it cracked badly when I drove a 150mm into it.
As a delivery driver I’m very aware we are the bottom off the pile. Customer and there own trucks. But to be left outside on the road for 30mins with no trucks in the delivery bay then there truck pulls in the be loaded straight away and when you ask the yard supervisor or whoever I spoke to about what’s going on who ends up swearing at you and frankly being rude to go see the manager if I have a problem.

Absolutely Rip off company. I was send to buy 8 sheets of claymaster from buildbase, civils and buildit. It was £120 for 8 sheets of claymaster when bought from civils and buildbase. this stupid company buildit charged me £225. Run away from this place. These are greedy buggers with no sense of customer satisfaction. RUN if you want to save money.

No reason for this price difference as they are greedy for money. If you are new to building they will charge you more. Pathetic business establishment. Want to give zero stars.
