Used them for the first time for an MoT. They showed me issues they'd identified, explained them clearly to an idiot, then did the work promptly at a surprisingly good price. And performed a free retest. This is the recommendation of a mechanical idiot but they looked after me very well and I'll be going back if they can put up with me.
Savoy Beverley has excellent cutomer service, and they are very good at communicating. I booked my MOT on-line. The process is quick and simple, and I got a reminder message the morning of the test. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and they rang me back straight after the MOT to advise and discuss the best options. This was done in simple language, not workshop or technical jargon. My car was ready on time, and the charges were very reasonable indeed. I've used Savoy three MOTs in a row, and they've never been anything other than great to deal with. Austin.

Hard to find round the back streets but lovely staff and a good deal on mots. Easily booked and fitted in quickly as we had missed it running out .
Visited for concerns about my car's clutch. Both office member and mechanic were polite and friendly. Mechanic checked my clutch function and found no issues. No charge, therefore very grateful.

I can’t even begin to express how satisfied I am with the service that I have recieved. I’m like the prize pig at market. Driving has become a joy, like I’m a dolphin effortlessly riding the waves, or a leaf, blowing in a cool autumn breeze. The staff, so friendly, so pleasant, I might invite them for Xmas dinner.
