As a Motability driver I had a blowout on a Sunday at 3.30 pm. Managed to limp to Springbank just before they closed at 4.00pm. The guys couldn't be more helpful, contacted Motability and had my tyre changed within 20 mins. Couldn't be more helpful if they tried! Highly recommended, great people, great service.
At 10 minutes to closing time I rolled up to the forecourt with a flat tyre in the boot and a standby wheel on the car. The 2 fitters couldn’t have been more happy to renew the tyre and fit it back onto the car. The price quoted appeared to be a fair price and I was completely satisfied as I drove away.
My car was making a noise which I suspected was in connection with my brakes. I took the car into my local Kwik Fit and they rang me within a few hours, having diagnosed the problem, and gave me a price to do the work and proceeded to repair my car on the same day within a few hours; which consisted of new brake pads and discs. Owen was wonderful, polite, knowledgeable and gave me an inspection report. The price for repair was very competitive, the service was excellent, and I was very grateful for the speed and efficiency of the repair. Thank you so much guys, great job. Highly recommend.
States on the sign no booking required however the first question they ask is have you got an appointment? If you haven't your sent away as they are fully booked with 1 car in the garage….. Don't appear to be very helpful with contract vehicles. If your told ill be back with you in a minute expect a minimum of 20 minutes while they have a vape and a chat
Yesterday I ordered 2tyre 205/55R16 HANKOOK K13594W XL but he put in wrong size. When we complain about the size the man was very very angry and rude. He is not good for service. I highly recommend to everybody don’t go to spring bank kwik fit because there staff’s are very rude.
Just walked out of here and currently sat at Halfords waiting to give them £100 + for my aircon. One of the workers just shot at speed out of a space in the car park in what I assume was a customers car as it was put on a ramp. The guy didn't look, HE WAS NOT ALREADY "half way out" as I approached or I would have waited as I have been taught and I have full eyesight and Im in my new car!!!. He is a company liability! Your loss Kwik Fit.

Popped in to my local Kwik fit when my brake fluid light went on. Someone looked at it straight away for me even though they looked quite busy. The mechanic explained to me what could be wrong, adjusted it for me and topped up the fluid for me. I then planned to bring it in a week later for an interim service whereby we could see if the issue had been rectified. i did this, there were no more issues and my services was carried out. Fantastic communication throughout and i felt totally in control of what i wanted them to do. Great service. Special shoutout to Darren who was just brill and dealt with me on both occassions. Thank you!!
