Found the process very easy staff very helpful work carried out to a high standard and the app let me know where my car was at all stages of repair ery good
No contact during repair, when you ring they treat you like you have no right to ask what is happening with your own car. A 5 day job ran to nearly 2 weeks, I had to send back because they caused more damage than the initial repair and then that took twice as long to fix than to their estimate. Very, very poor customer service. Would give no stars if I could.
Just called this company to confirm some service history on a vehicle that i have just purchased. 3 BMW branches couldn't do enough to help and clarified 5 years of servicing.......but not JCC!!! Apparently due to Data Protection they couldn't give me any details. I didn't want any former customer details, just to know what had been done to the car in the past. What an absolute bunch of tools!!!
