   Had my Audi A3 in with Nick & the Team today, after giving him a panicked call first thing this morning, my car was booked in no problem, My car had started with a rattle and I need it for an airport run tomorrow. I have known Nick as a Technician for over 30 years, from his young days at Triangle Motors, and in all my dealings with him from when it was just him doing the work, to now with his experience professional team, it has been first class. Never once I have left with anything but 100% satisfaction, from the call to book the car in, to the quote and work carried out. And as always today my car was diagnosed, quote given then work carried out. Which was two break discs back plates. Nick is extremely knowledgeable, no nonsense business man, ( which I admire ) and a consummate professional. I would highly recommend anyone to take their vehicles to him and the team 10/10 thank you again.

   Really blunt on the front counter like they don't have time for you. Can't talk about the work they did as I went to a local garage DAISY HILL MOT CENTRE instead as they were nice and polite

   After taking my car to my usual garage (Hull Motor Co), who misdiagnosed the problem I had multiple times and cost me £300 in parts and labour I did not even need. I decided to take my car to Ricci concept, everything straight forward car booked in, they found the problem, which was a wiring issue, something I had already suggested to the previous garage. Not only that they also advised me of a couple of other jobs, one of which was a poor repair that the previous garage had done, all fixed in a couple of days, working great, will now be my go to garage in future, thanks.

   I recently took my car to Ricci concept motors for a suspension upgrade. I chose them as they had responded quickly and inspired confidence that they were able to do everything I wanted to a high standard, at a reasonable price. Upon attending the garage/office and meeting Nick for the first time, I knew immediately that I was in the right place (and not because of the sign above the door!) - Nick's garage is clean, neatly-organised and welcoming; I was greeted with a friendly smile which put me at ease. After picking up my keys at the end of the day, I honestly couldn't be happier! The work was done properly and with care - it feels like a new car to drive and looks wicked! The job was slightly more tricky than anticipated, although this was not a problem for Nick and his team of skilled and enthusiastic mechanics! Thanks guys!
