I'm refurbing a Merlyn shower that came with a house I bought 12 years ago. I went to AJ Plumbing to ask if they could help me identify the correct seals for the door and panels. My intention was to buy these. Instead they provided them free of charge, as though under warranty. I am astonished at this level of customer service, and would award 6 stars if I could! Called in for a part that I hadn't been able to find in Screwfix or B&Q. I should have gone to AJ first. Staff on the counter couldn't have been friendlier, I got the parts and advice that I needed, and now I have a close coupled cistern that is no longer leaking. As Arnie would say, "I'll be back"
