Very disappointed . There shelves are always empty and there freezers and . Fridges . . It’s a local shop for a lot of elderly people. Needs new management.
Scammers! I don't ask for receipt most of the times. The other day I bought breaded cod which was supposed to be 3 for 10 quid but I found out they didn't apply the discount! Luckily next time I bought breaded chicken 3 for 10 but I asked for the receipt, again same! No wonder they are always reluctant to give you the receipt.
Just been in to pick up a quick snack before heading out for the evening, apart from sandwiches there was very little choice. I picked up a pastie walked down an aisle, where a member of staff was putting labels on the shelves, to the till, there was a man behind the till on his phone who didn’t even acknowledge me, the member staff I had passed never materialised and and after a couple of minutes a young lad said hello to me as he walked by to go and fiddle around with something in the corner behind the till so I put the pasty back and left what an absolute joke that is no way to run a store
Popped in tonight just before closing. The staff were all so friendly and Amber went above and beyond to help me out! Probably the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. What a credit to the store :)
Last week myself and a colleague popped in and when arriving the store manager and a cashier were both out the front smoking, I was left to wait at the till before anyone even came in to serve me. When the cashier eventually came in laughingly said sorry, if you are going to smoke don't do it for everyone to see and don't leave the shop unattended. There was more than enough time for a shoplifter to come in and out without them batting an eye. You'd think a store manager would no better quite clearly not
They seem to only employ stroke victims.
Great place to get Morrison's products on you're door step
This small store is a gem. It has an excellent selection of daily items and with Morrisons own brand quality products. The staff are always cheerful and helpful. I use this store on almost a daily basis
Was shocked today when I visited. One of the management staff (I assumed she was management by the way she spoke to her staff) verbally chastised a young member of her staff for leaving the counter door open while this maybe bad practice, it certainly should not have been addressed in view of shoppers waiting at the till and definitely not appropriate behaviour from what I assume is this young lads line manager. Not quite the reputation a new shop needs.
Didn't offer cashback which was a pain especially as the cash point was out of money and they were aware of that and couldn't tell me where the nearest cash point was. Bad service and think both cashier's spent a far amount of their shift out the front of the shop smoking with friends.
