Excellent store, good variety and prices. A pity that they now have reduced the number of cashiers and replaced them with selfcheckout terminals.
I like this shop,and the location,and staff are great , but this lidl has done this TWICE too me now, put chocolate bars on offer, I over spend thing I'm getting a deal and find out all is out off date in 2 days, seriously should have these in the reduced section at much lower than 59p and sell them,
The staff are really nice, helpful and polite. I can most everything I need in this shop and whiz round very quickly. Some self checkouts would be good maybe for people just popping in for a few bits.
Never enough tills open meaning there is always a huge long queue. Limited range of products eg if you only ever use 3-4 spices you'll be fine but, if you like to cook, you'll not find what you're looking for here.

I really enjoy shopping in my local LIDL. Its the best "food & commodity shop" in the whole local area. I do 80% of all my shopping in there. It's clean, the veg is always fresh & the customer service is second to none. Thank you.

Our local Lidl always has shortages yet whenever I go to the bigger Lidl there does seem to be any shortage . Hurry up and build the new store in Newcastle so we can enjoy the same shopping experience.
