Myself and a family member were in Supervalue today. We went to the hot food counter. We asked the price of portions of fries as no price was displayed for any food served hot. The assistant spoke to me in broken English. She did not know the price of the fries. One assistant was saying to the other "ask her" "ask her". I was eventually informed that a large fries was 3 pounds and a small fries was 1.60 one pound 60 pence. I ordered 2 small fries. Each small frie portion equated to one handful of fries. I was reached two boxes one with 1.60 on the label and one with 1.62p on it. I asked the purpose of the price difference. I was told the extra 2p was for salt. One salted one unsalted. Further to this the assistant who was fixing the order took 3 fries 3 number (I saw them in her gloved hand ) and chucked them back into the hot food display. Such meaness. Shocking. I certainly won't be buying fries in Supervalue again.

Absolutely huge in comparison to any in Belfast. Lots of variety of groceries, hot foods, deli foods etc. Very friendly staff.

Been going here from time to time for 14 years. I feel it has regressed. Lack of salad bar help yourself. Prices not competitive. Hard to park. Post Office hours good. Staff average.

Jyst purchased the christmas mux from the "hot" food counter. Dissapointed ti find it is just warm and cold in places. At Β£3.54 for a small portion, surely you aregetting enough to keep food hot?
