   Recently hired Deeside Heating to install a HIVE smart thermostat and a new dishwasher for my sister's property. From the start, David was brilliant to deal with - responsive via email, clear about costs and timelines, and explained everything thoroughly. The plumber who came out was on time, was very professional, tidy, and did excellent work. The whole process was straightforward, and my sister is delighted with both installations. Would absolutely recommend Deeside Heating for anyone in Aberdeen needing a reliable and professional plumber.

   Top service from this company. My son just bought his first flat in Aberdeen. Needed a gas report to complete the sale. Managed to organise a report, got the boiler serviced. The report was available really quickly to allow the sale to complete on time. Very easy to deal with, very efficient and the bill was really reasonable. Now going to use them all the time for annual services etc. So glad we used them.

   Moving to a new house we found the boiler was at the end of its life. We got a number of quotes including Deeside, based on the positive reviews they had received. David, the owner provided a very detailed and competitive quote and took time to explain why he had suggested the model of boiler and controls. They turned up at exactly the agreed time and worked until late that day to ensure the new boiler was up and running. They were extremely neat and tidy and a pleasure to have round the house.    We had a leak at a bathroom radiator and the water was dripping through our kitchen ceiling. With no knowledge of local engineers, I randomly picked Deeside from my Google choice. Iam glad I did. Vicki went above and beyond to get an engineer to us and Keiran was prompt, efficient and personable. He fixed the leak, checked boiler was up to pressure and bled radiators. I have no hesitance in recommending this company

   We contacted Deeside Plumbing and Heating to get our noisy pipes and shower pump fixed and were so impressed by their quick response, professionalism and very reasonable prices. We cannot thank them enough, our pump and the pipes are working perfectly now and the noise levels have reduced significantly, which made a lot of difference to our day-to-day lives. We have a very old heating/plumbing system so no doubt more help will be needed going forward. When that happens, without a doubt will contact this team. We highly recommend!

   I have used Deeside Plumbing and Heating on multiple occasions for various jobs ranging from a boiler service to installation of a new fully fitted bathroom. David provided a great, professional service when carrying out these jobs no matter how small or big they were. He was quick to respond to phone calls, emails and text messages and always kept me in the know when he came across an issue while completing the job. What most impressed me with David was that he ensured everything was done properly with a focus on safety. For example, he noticed my boiler was not adequately supported on its current frame and he fitted extra supports to ensure no further issues. He also re-soldered and fixed various fittings on the gas supply lines which were not up to standard. I feel David always went the extra mile and I was very happy with the results of his work. I would definitely use him again for any future gas or plumbing work in my flat and would also highly recommend him to others.
