Had my chimney work done in April 2024. Causing more leak than before. They came round many times with different staff wondering what the problem was. I was left with leaking chimney skew for OVER A YEAR, affecting the timber in loft until I managed to get another roofing company to fix it. It turned out wrong material was used (cement) instead of lead flashing. I don’t understand why their roofers didn’t know this. Contacted the owner a few times and was promised a call back to discuss but he didn’t even bother to call back. Not only that every time they came round they caused so much debris on my front garden, my gutter blocked and causing overflowing. They also did work on my other chimney but I can’t tell if it’s any good because I can’t access or can’t see anything immediate until the leak is too big.
This company van almost rammed me off the road and two men came out shouting and screaming swearing at me. Van said JOR Property Joinery. Happened in Aberdeen. Absolutely disgusting. Please screen your staff before employing them.
Decent company. Helpful staff. Many trades supplied so i always go them when my family or i need help with anything. Competitive prices. They have fitted a new boiler for my mum, fitted a gas cooker to my house, various plumbing and joinery jobs.

Boiler was playing up, JOR sent an engineer round that day who advised that it would end up costing more to replace faulty parts as it had been repaired before and was over 15 years old. I had a brand new boiler fitted within days and the heating was back on. Top notch service from local professionals.
