I've been using there yearly boiler service for my home for the last four years and their quality of work has to be appriciated. Recently my central radiator had stopped working and they quickly resolved the issue and they even replaced my broken outside wall vent. A honest professional company I highly recommend. Happy to support a local company.
Early morning call with Chris who was extremely helpful. Boiler not igniting and no heating, and due to high volume of calls unlikely to get a call out for some time. Chris gave me some advice re defrosting the condensate pipe and problem fixed within 10 mins. Boiler service booked in for a fortnights time when I phoned to provide update - excellent service!!!
We have used this company for annual boiler service for a number of years. Recently, following a helpful home visit and discussion, they replaced and re-sited the radiator in our living room resulting in a much warmer room. The installation was carried out efficiently, Chris and the plumber - and any other members of staff we have dealt with - all very friendly, professional and helpful. Arrive at agreed appointment times. Would recommend this company.
Very rude and arogant company director. I requested a service and asked the plumber to wear a shoes cover if enter my home. I thought it was a perfectly reasonable request, particularly covid and higene reason. His response was that he is only willing to wear shoes cover if i put on a face mask in my own home. I would not recommend this company. Provides horrible customer service!!!
We used R&D Services for the installation/renovation of our downstairs cloakroom toilet. We were delighted with the work, particularly the advice around what to do with the space, as well as the communication and project management from Chris. Would not hesitate to use R&D Services again.
Raymond and Kyle were excellent, i needed a whole new boiler install during winter and a pandemic. Work all complete quick, they were safe wearing masks while they worked and cleaned up after. Very professional and the aftercare has been amazing, a follow up courtesy visit from Raymond to check that it was all in working order and if i was happy. I would highly recommend this company and definitely use them again.
