   Had a fault another garage couldn't diagnose - rang a few places and none of them could fit me in for weeks. Spoke to Paul at Motor Matters, he booked me in within a few days, the lads found the fault, quoted me a price, they fixed it and did some extra jobs for me at the same time, all in quick time and for a reasonable price. Couldn't ask for a better service and they kept me updated throughout the process.

   Perfect as allways!! Does what he says when he says and pays great attention to detail.... they spotted a pipe separate to the job they was doing that was badly worn and would of left me stranded roadside in the middle of know where .... the first I was to know about it is when it had been fixed and made write .... thats how a decent garage should function, thanks again glen

   This is the first time I have used ‘Motor Matters’ and I was very impressed with the experience. From my first telephone call to Glen, I explained my problems and he said it was something they would be able to fix for me. I asked about a courtesy car and this was no problem, for which I was charged a nominal amount. On arrival, I realised that this was a well run garage and the people I spoke with were very friendly and polite. I received a telephone call when the work was completed. Upon arrival, Glen explained what they had done, it was itemized on the bill and I was pleasantly surprised at the overall cost. I would highly recommend ‘Motor Matters’ for a top quality service.

   If I could give a zero rating, I would! MOT should have been no more than £40-60 and I ended up paying 6 times more than I usually do. Absolutely outrageous! A bunch of unnecessary costs were added on to a car which did not require any of those changes except an oil change. Do NOT do business with this company! They scam you out of your hard earned money for basically nothing! Any business is better than this one.

   Realised our mot ran out today. Never used this garage before as not from around here. But they were recommended to us. The owner was really helpful and managed to squeeze us in when he knew the situation. Very thorough job done. Friendly staff and all very professional. Definately recommend.

   Would 1000 NOT recommend this company, took my van to get fixed and was quoted £200-£230 to get my back lights fixed, fix a oil leak and fix a catch on my drivers side door, when I went to pick it up he said he hadn’t quoted me to fix my door so refused to do it, then he got one of he’s lads to disconnect my lights because I refused to pay £420. Also my van still has an oil leak which was supposed to have been fixed Absolutely a joke of company and very very rude and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs !!!!!!!
