Contrary to their website refused to fit a car battery because of covid? (Nov 2022). Also, when I called them to ask about the battery fitting, the guy stated “we’re just a shop luv’. So I called back to point out that they offer this service on their website??

Incredible service, my battery was knackered and within 15 minutes it was tested,replaced and I was on my way again. It did say service with a smile when I entered but never saw one, however I was completely satisfied when I departed. The price I was charged was extremely fair
DYING BUSINESS, AVOID. I called the shop to inquire about getting some plates cut for a private registation I got off another vehicle and I explained to the person I spoke to on the phone that I would not be able to make it into the store until later on that day around 4:45. I was assured they could still do them for me and I was told ' that's fine it will only take 5/10 minutes'. when I arrived at 4:40 and I was stood waiting to be served, after speaking to the person on the counter I was told that I would not be able to get them done today as they're close to closing. I'm understanding, that's fair enough but its more the fact I called to arrange it as I needed them doing today because I'm moving a vehicle later on this evening, I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on somewhere more professional.
Great shop, really well stocked. Managed to source some green hood renovator I was struggling with and it was there next day at 12pm. Cheers fellas.
