   I recently bought a car from Tower garage. The car needed prepping and a fresh MOT before i collected it. Bobby was excellent sending me video's and voice messages keeping me informed of progress. I collected the car as planned and drove the 30 miles or so home with no issues. Unfortunately the car went into limp mode in the evening (Saturday). I messaged Bobby and he immediately offered to recover the car by 1pm the following day (Sunday). Again he kept me informed of repairs and the car was ready for collection the following day after having a brand new injector fitted. He also fitted a new battery for me. I can't fault the service provided by Bobby and Leila. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as they are genuine, hard working and the most polite and honest people to deal with. Five stars from me.

   Tower Garage and Bobby was recommended to my by a friend over 3 years ago. Since then I have continued to use Bobby to maintain our vehicles. He has recently rebuilt my 4 wheel drive transmission and it runs better than it has. The turnaround was also fantastic as it is my work vehicle. The service we get from them is absolutely flawless. Great work, great price and above all honest...true gent!

   When my Renault Laguna broke down earlier this year, 2025, tower garage came to help me, even not being a customer. My nearest ones to Patrington all gone. What a blessing Bobby has been. I got a used car from the forecourt and seen Bobby at work like a precision surgeon helped by his skillful son. I have no hesitation recommending tower garage.

   An absolute gem of a garage. How refreshing to find a mechanic like Bobby who is honest, polite and incredibly hardworking. He makes good on his guarantee of completing work by a set date and is willing to go above and beyond to make sure that the needs of the customer is met. I have had two cars booked in with him, both of which required significant work. Each day, he updated me with his progress and fully explained what needed to be done, as well as discussing alternative options if the budget required. His prices were very reasonable and fair. It has been a long time since I have had such faith and trust in a garage.

   Bought a used car from Bobby this week. Very pleased with the excellent service we received. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything was right before letting the car go, he even put petrol in the car for us ! Tower garage really seem to care about what they do and what they do for customers so I can recommend highly.

   Didn’t want to have to come to this but I have been left with no option… Bought this car from Tower Garage bobby.. drove less than an hour home since picking car up and broke down… car undrivable… Supposed to be in good condition just like the add stated… had my 7 month old baby in it at the time. Engine management lights on and faulty system warning logs flashing 3 of them!!! They had put an mot on it the afternoon before (report says it took only 13 minutes to do it.. passed no problems apart from rear discs pitted which was on the last 3 mot history.) Gov says it should take 45 minutes minimum to carry out the checks and emissions etc which clearly how can he when it took 13 minutes!!) Already told me he wasn’t going to spend another penny on the car as he wasn’t making any money on it. Sold me a car that is now parked up and is a non runner…. Rear brake discs are shot … Going to report to DVSA intelligence as this clearly needs to be investigated. Spoke to Bobby immediately and was told in a not so polite manner it’s my problem now no money back don’t want the car back! So left with a non runner and down in cash!
