   I HATE to slate any buissness. But I feel for matters of safety it’s should be known. Dropped my van in here as my partner was far too busy to fix himself, Was in here for near on 3 weeks. I needed a turbo change. Van came out rattling and deep vibration and judders. Didn’t think much of it being diesel and sat for 3 weeks in freezing temps. Van was completed the day I collected it. On inspection from my mechanical engineer partner, engine mount bolts had been left lose not even attempted to torque up and the main bolt to the turbo had been completely left out. Had 3 separate issues since this as a result of this turbo change and found multiple bolts that where most certainly present prior, (we know this as my partner completes all work himself and our vehicle is very looked after and maintained) bolts completely missing or not tightened back up. When I questioned this I was told there where bolts snapped on their inspection of van that they noticed (but never informed me of) when I checked, the bolts they referenced to are actually very much in one piece and not snapped at all… when I contested another excuse was made before I was reassured that this would be fixed and responsibility admitted. Today had my antirollbar bush completely snap and found they have not bothered to correctly reinsert bolts and one of them is missing completely. When called refused any form of refund and told lies until responsibility was admitted but under no circumstance would they issue even a partial refund for any of this. apparently I should be trusting the job would be done correctly second time round when clear competence is lacking in the hiring procedure. And should I take it back it wouldn’t have been same day. Van went in with one issue and came out with at least 3 more and a huge oil leak thanks to complete lack of mechanical skill or common sense. I am no mechanic, but my partner and even I understand the basic of torquing bolts within the engine bay ESPECIALLY where the engine mounting is concerned! . As a mother I was expected to be fine and trust they’d do a proper job on my car that I have my child in. When they left me in a dangerous vehicle which was mechanically sound and SAFE prior to visiting this garage. Sorry but I would avoid completely.

   well i visited this place in October and had a alternator fitted, next day i noticed damage on my front bumper, but i couldn`t prove it happened here even though this was the only place the car had been and nothing said.... well to make matters worse the alternator supplied has now failed(8 month later) , sadly this is not the first bad experience as had issue with my previous car which went back 3 times with alternator issues... finally got sorted but took 3 visits on that car...

   What an absolute gem! A belt snapped on my dad's car, we had a 3 1/2 hour journey home. This garage was just about to close but they stayed open, went out for a replacement belt, were given the wrong size so the lady went out again. They finally fixed it. We cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond to help us. Amazing people.

   This is the second time I've used this business and again I'm so pleased with the service and price. They are so quick and very reliable. They will even collect your car for a small fee and it's cheaper than most recovery companies. I wouldn't hesitate in using these guys again should I need there expertise again.
