   My daughter had the misfortune to breakdown on a major A road and the car had to be recovered. I got in touch with Harrden AutoCentre who organised the recovery to their garage they diagnosed the problem and gave me a prompt quote for work needed . Aidan who I dealt with was to the point, no jargon ,knowledgeable and very polite .I would recommend Harrden AutoCentre to anybody who requires work on their vehicles.

   Rang and asked to check my Volvo out due to engine knocking. Told to drop it off but couldn’t look at it for 4 days. Smashed it out same day! Cheap plenty of help and just generally a pleasant change from the cowboys out there. Can not recommend enough any issue ring these guys ! D.Clarke cheers once again

   Called in for an MOT on the 20th of May and they rang me back telling me I should instead come in for the 21st of May because I would not lose an extra month of my MOT. Then after the MOT, I checked my MOT on gov.uk and it said that I have 11 months rather than 12 months. They also had a test for the 21st of May and this is why they rang me to come in for the 21st of May.

   It’s very rare that you can find a good, honest, decent garage and this is one. Excellent customer service and great price. Took my car in for an MOT and Service unfortunately it failed on a track rod end. They sorted it all out in a day. No hidden costs as well. Will definitely use again.

   Recommended by a friend, this garage is very good. Staff friendly and efficient. Being a single lady some garages seem very male dominated, but Harridens isn't like that. I feel comfortable there. Very satisfied.

   Went to harridan for an M.O.T and full service, I usually don't like using new garages but my usual has started to get quite expensive, and I could not be happier with the price and the work done, the staff was great friendly and kept me upto date with everything that was going on. When I went to pick my car up I had a keyring for when my next M.O.T and service was due and also on the M.O.T recite they also had given my prices on sorting out any advisory's which I really liked (and again very reasonably priced) I will defo using this as my regular garage now, advising my friends and family to do the same Great work ppl at harriden

   Great service received. Took my sons Astra for MOT Unfortunately it failed on a few issues. They had the car back a couple of days later to carry out the repairs. To which a reasonable rate was charged. Although they did offer to carry out work on same day which is excellent. Will use them again as I consider the straightforward honest approach they offer is worth so much these days! Thanks Harriden Autocentre.

   Beyond disappointed. I discovered after my MOT and Service that the coolant had not been topped up, causing me to worry that it had leaked after the service, and had to return 3 times for issues with the new brake pads. The brakes have now started making a high pitched noise again even when I'm not applying them, so I'm afraid I'll have to pay even more to go to another garage to have them checked. When I looked in the service log yesterday to check when the next service was actually due I realised they hadn't even filled in the log, potentially affecting the future value of the car. I chose this garage based on reviews, but would not trust them again.

   Recently used these guys to have cambelt change and a full service and can definitely say I will be using them again ... Great customer service and excellent prices for work done, the young man I dealt with at reception and over the phone was really polite and easy to talk to and more importantly was upfront and honest.. I couldn't leave you a review with whocanfixmycar. Com for some reason so left one here.. Car is running better than ever.. Thanks guys
