Insurance claim that has been dealt with very efficiently and to a great standard. Communication was on point throughout the process. Highly recommended and would use for all vehicle repair issues going forward.
This is the second time I have used Taylors and I have no complaints at all. Fantastic customer service, friendly helpful staff who keep you updated, they worked around my busy schedule and appointments. The quality of the work is very good and the car on both occasions came back fully valeted inside and out. Would recommend and should anything happen in the future I will take the car back to Taylors without question.

I was contacted by Claire and on arrival at the premises they were there to help me.They contacted me after only 2 days not 4 and i was highly satisfied with the work they had done. After a recent accident our insurer appointed Taylors for our repairs. 0900 the next morning Claire called to arrange our inspection. She was polite courteous and understanding. After the inspection we had to wait for parts. Once arrived Claire called again to arrange the repairs. Even though it was first thought it would be 4 days it was ready in 2. The car came back washed polished and hoovered. I cannot thank them enough. Even though we only really dealt with Claire all the other staff that worked on our vehicle were spot on. Highly recommend. We received our car back this morning, cant fault the work at all, was done to a very high standard ,was also cleaned inside and out. Claire the receptionists was very friendly and helpful. Would of gave 5 star rating but due to the lack of not keeping us informed on how the Repair was going.
Taylors was absolutely fabs, service was amazing. They helped me so much when my insurance wouldn't do anything at all. they rushed my car through quickly as they knew i was going to be without a car for a week due to my insurance not bothering to arrange me a hire car. Car looks fab and like new again. top company - no issues at all, excellent communication, prior and during repair.

I reversed my van into a fence post, back door and bumper were damaged as a result. Took it to Taylors Vehicle Repairs, and i was provided with a courtesy car for the duration of the van repairs. They did a fabulous job of it, and you wouldn't have a clue that it had been damaged at all! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, including the receptionist (Sharon) who i drove mad throughout the time my van was in due to my persistent nagging!! She was very professional and patient with me, so as a satisfied customer i will happily recommend Taylors to everyone! Thanks again, top job!! Simon Francis
